Traditionally brick built and whitewashed, the property is garden fronted with a lawn and shrubs, and faces out on spectacular views to sea and the islands of Shuna, Scarba and Jura. It has recently been tastefully modernised to provide comfortable accommodation for up to 5 people, and is comprised of five rooms plus cloakroom.

Of the two bedrooms, the master has a king size bed and looks out on the spectacular view to sea, the other bedroom has both a double and a single bed.

The lounge/sitting room has a 3-seater and a 2-seater sofa, TV, video, DVD and stereo CD player - oh, and a marvellous view out to sea and the islands of Shuna, Scarba and Jura!

The large combined kitchen / dining room is fully equipped to an exceptionally high standard with ceramic hob, dual cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster plus exceptional and extensive range of crockery, cutlery and utensils.

The seperate bathroom has a bath with mixer shower, a toilet and hand wash basin.

For your convenience, free wireless internet (WiFi) is available. A selection of CDs, videos and DVDs are available upon request and an assortment of games and toys are subject to change from time to time. Electricity usage is included in the price.

Arduaine, meaning the green point or promontory, has come to be generally pronounced as Ar-doo-a-nie, although Gaelic scholars regularly disagree! Arduaine's originator pronounced it simply Ar-duan.
